About Fernando Ayala
Fernando Ayala is a seasoned international tax analyst currently managing our tax division. Before joining Lifetime Tax Advisors, Inc., he worked as a corporate and tax advisor for major international accounting firms in Puerto Rico.
During his years of experience, Fernando has been responsible for: providing tax planning and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals and organizations, negotiating and obtaining tax incentives and exemptions, sales of tax credits, tax return preparation, reorganizations, mergers & acquisitions, and the relocation of individuals and businesses to Puerto Rico under Acts 20-2012, 22-2012, and 60-2019.
Throughout his career, he has developed expertise in Puerto Rico and Federal income taxation and other local tax matters such as sales and use tax, property taxes, excise taxes, and municipal registrations.
